Description
Disposing of food waste couldn’t be easier with this beautiful, apple food caddy. Handmade locally to us in Devon, it is designed to take pride of place on your kitchen worktop. Making it super easy to transport your food waste from your meal into your caddy. To keep odours to a minimum, the lid contains holes to let the caddy breath and includes a carbon filter. A spare filter is also provided (these can also be purchased separately).

The caddy is fully glazed inside so it can be used with or without bags, however, using the recommended 5L or 6L size corn-starch bags is known to be more convenient and keeps your caddy as clean as possible (these can be purchased separately). It also comes with a bag-retaining ring to keep your liner hidden, keeping your lovely caddy the centre of attention.

Filter to keep smells at bay
The lid is vented and fitted with a carbon filter to help keep smells at bay. We recommend changing the odour absorbing filter every 3 months or when smells become noticeable. Two spare filters are also included.

Compostable liners
A clever bag-retaining ring is supplied with this caddy, meaning it can be used with or without a compostable liner. Using the ring means the compostable liner is not only held securely in the caddy, but the bag is also hidden within the caddy... There's no un-sightly bag visible! The inside of the caddy is fully glazed so, alternatively, it can be used without a bag if you wish. - NOT DISHWASHER SAFE

Colour
Every Ashmore caddy is made and glazed by hand, so every one will vary slightly in shade. We do our best to match the colour of the product to the images you see on screen, but it is very difficult as every caddy varies and every screen shows colours differently. For this reason, if you need a very specific colour match please contact us before purchase for advice, to avoid disappointment and having to return the caddy.
